At Red Mountain Ironworks we pride ourselves in providing our clients with the highest level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customization possible. We treat each of our jobs as if it were going into our own homes. Over our 10+ years in business we have developed a process for our workflow to facilitate the best possible outcomes for ourselves and our clients.
Once you reach out to us via email or phone, you’ll be set up to meet with one of our lead fabricators or our company’s president for a consultation. We love face-to-face meetings. They allow us to get to know you and to get a good idea for the functionality and style of your job. After gathering measurements, we start the process of conceptualizing your idea on paper. You have full control during the process. You will work hand in hand with our design team to get your vision onto paper so we can accurately bring it to life. Upon final approval of the sketch we will hand off the guidelines to our fabrication team and begin our build.

After receiving materials, a member of our fabricating team takes full ownership of your build from start to finish. They will take our detailed drawings and create your custom piece on the fab table or the forge. Lines of communication remain open during the build process. We may take additional measurements for precision and structural integrity if necessary, and you are welcome to reach out for updates at any given point to see how it is coming along. We have a wide range of services and tools in our arsenal to get your job done right.
Upon completion of the build we will prep the metal via grinding, sandblasting, wire brushing and other surface treatments as needed. Once the surface is cleaned up we hand the piece over to our finishing guru (who just so happens to be one of the best in the state). He has expertise in a variety of chemical processes to add that special touch to your piece. If you’re looking for heavy duty durability and a clean finish we have expert powder coaters on call.
Our guys really stick with things from start to finish. On install day you will be met by the designer and the builder of your piece to ensure things are placed properly. We will come in and get the job done in a timely fashion with the utmost respect for your space. We want it to look like we were never even there once we’ve done our part. We love seeing happy smiles on customer’s faces and have fostered a lot of meaningful relationships through our process. If you have a metalworking project you’re just dying to get installed (even if the idea is a little wild) give us a call. You’ll be happy that you did!
