Inspiration – Sloss Gate
The gate at Sloss Furnace, made by a German blacksmith. Very neat round bar design, held together with twists and wraps.
Sample – Quatrefoil
A quatrefoil design made from four flat bars riveted together, with the design hot chiseled out. No welding or grinding was used in construction.
