We operate a 4’x8′ CNC Plasma Cutting machine. This machine uses a Thermal Dynamics 60 amp plasma cutter to cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and bronze sheet material up to 5/8″ thick. This is a high definition plasma machine, which means the cut quality and level of detail is quite high.

We have the capacity to design, layout, program, and cut your part, whether it’s one prototype or 1,000 units. Small parts can be tumbled clean, if necessary, as well as other value added processes such as welding, bending, etc.
We also use this machine on in shop projects quite often. Furniture, signs, and other projects are often made better, quicker, and cheaper on this machine.
